Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing or using the reno15 platform — including the website, mobile application, and all related services — you confirm your full agreement to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement is legally binding from the date you first access the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not proceed with account registration. Continued use of any reno15 service after any amendment to these terms is published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy reno15, all of which together form a comprehensive agreement between the user and the platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, the terms in the specific document relevant to the situation in question shall take precedence.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full features of the reno15 platform, you are required to register and create a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. reno15 reserves the right to verify the validity of any information provided at any time and to request supporting documents as proof of identity. False or misleading information may result in the immediate suspension of your account and the forfeiture of any winnings.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the reno15 support team immediately. The platform will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login information.

Account registration is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be terminated, and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with procedures set by reno15 management.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Reno15 platform users are required to comply with all applicable usage rules and are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts. It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to commit fraud, to exploit technical vulnerabilities, or to disrupt platform operations.

Users are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means intended to manipulate game outcomes, gain unauthorised advantages, or disrupt the access of other users. Any attempt to falsify gaming activity or act dishonestly in any game constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in immediate action being taken against the account involved.

Users are also prohibited from selling, transferring, or renting their accounts to any other party. reno15 accounts are personal and non-transferable under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account will be treated as a breach of terms, and the platform reserves the right to take appropriate action, including closing the account without compensation.

Payments, Transactions & Currency

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the reno15 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in the same name as the account holder, and has sufficient funds.

Reno15 supports a range of local payment methods commonly used in Malaysia. Processing times for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on the chosen method. The platform is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions. Any fees charged by third parties in the payment process are the user's responsibility.

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the reno15 management team. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and review before approval. reno15 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set from time to time and displayed on the platform. Users are advised to check the current limits before making any transaction. reno15 reserves the right to change these limits at any time with or without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Reno15 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, accuracy of content, or outcomes from any game or wager. The platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, including temporary technical failures, service disruptions, or game results.

Reno15 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, or at the request of a competent authority. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting the reno15 support team. Such requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled and any eligible balance has been returned to the user in accordance with established procedures. Voluntarily closed accounts may not be reopened without approval from management.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments

All content on the reno15 platform — including interface design, logos, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of reno15 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from reno15 management.

The reno15 platform may contain links or references to third-party services or websites. These links are provided solely for user convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by reno15 of any third-party content, policies, or services. reno15 is not responsible for any content, errors, omissions, or damages arising from the use of third-party websites.

Reno15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable conditions. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the reno15 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
